How to Register & Pay
Who can enter
Cheerbrandz events are open to cheerleading and dance gyms, studios and schools. Entries are made by the gym or studio on behalf of its teams. Divisions, age groups and rules are on our Information page.
What it costs
Entry fees for the current season are on our Pricing page. New Zealand events are priced in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Australian events are priced in Australian dollars (AUD). Early bird pricing applies to entries paid eight weeks before the event and final pricing to entries paid four weeks before.
How to register
- Go to hitzero.org and create an account for your gym.
- Import your athletes and create your teams.
- Add each team to the event and division you want to enter.
- Finalise the event. You will be asked to accept our Terms & Conditions, and your invoice will be generated.

How to pay
Your invoice can be paid by bank transfer to the account shown on it, or by card using the secure payment link on the invoice. Card payments are processed by Wise, Stripe or over the phone and incur a 3.5% credit card fee. Fees are due 30 days before the event.
Changes and refunds
Competition entry fees are non-refundable. Email admin@cheerbrandz.com if you need to change an entry after your invoice has been generated. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
