REGISTRATION

To ensure we can adequately gauge who is in the venue at any one time as well as conduct effective contact tracing all athletes, coaches and gym/studio owners need to have a ticket for each session they are competing in. We will be sending you the athlete tickets team by team no later than one week prior to competition. These will need to be distributed to your athletes to bring to the event and scan on their arrival. There will be no wristbands needed. We understand this is more admin work than usual for you all and apologise for this!

Many of you have already attached your coach details to your teams registration on RegChamp, if you have not done this please email us your coaches details and we will add them in manually. Please also advise if there will be anyone else attending on the day that will require a ticket and to what sessions they will need a ticket to.

MUSIC

Auxiliary Input: Music must be played on a Auxiliary Input capable device. Please ensure your phone is on airplane mode and that the volume is turned up full. We recommend you have the music downloaded to your device and not played from an online cloud storage system eg dropbox. It is recommended that you bring TWO HIGH-QUALITY copies of your music to the event. We highly suggest that a coach plays the music for your team and not a participant. This person will be asked to hold onto their own music until the time of performance and to take music back following the performance.

Music Interruption: If the fault is due to event equipment or team's music failure - the coach will have to decide within 2 minutes if they would like to perform again. Judging will resume at the point where the music was interrupted. The team will be required to take the stage immediately for the 2nd performance.

Helpful Tips: To ensure you have the best experience at our events, we have come up with these great tips to help you prevent music interruption. Fully download your music onto your device. Items played from email servers, cloud storage systems etc can stop start based on stream speed of the 4G/wifi in the venue. We suggest putting each track into its own play list or “note” to prevent the next track playing at end. We recommend taking the cover off your audio player to ensure the auxiliary input is not disturbed on the day. If you are using your phone, ensure it is switched to flight mode before connecting the auxiliary cable to your device. Lastly, after you have plugged in your device, ensure the volume is up on full before you hit play. Many devices automatically drop the volume after they are plugged in.

COACH SEATING

There is coach seating available at the front of the stage. This seating is available for the coaches of the teams that are about to perform. Once your team has performed please head to their allocated carpet square with your team.
